SAP Sr. Manager Order to Cash
What you will do

In this vital role you will lead the Order to Cash solution capability teams within the Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (OPS DTI) group to support the Global Supply Chain business organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic leader for Order to Cash space to lead the solutions within the Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (OPS DTI) group to support the Global Supply Chain business organization. We have embarked on our journey to implement S/4 HANA along with Transportation Management System (SAP S/4) and SAP EWM as part of advancing strategic capabilities within Amgen's Supply Chain to enable digitalization, faster decision making & speed to/in market. This role will be critical in our path of transformation to have a best-in-class solutions and you will be using a portfolio of systems like SAP Transportation Management, ERP/SAP, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, Data Lake, Control Tower and Project44.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
Or
Master's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience
Or
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience
Or
Associate's degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
Superb communication skill with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators and influence executive leaders.
Experience working in highly collaborative multi-functional environments (eg. SAFe) and managing large and sophisticated programs
Technical curiosity with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines and collaboration expectations Must be team-oriented, placing priority on the successful completion of team goals
Technical knowledge as it relates to digital transformation at the enterprise level, including mergers and acquisitions. Knowledge in the following areas:
SAP - familiarity with overall Order to Cash process
SAP Transportation Management System
SAP EWM
Master Data concepts
SAP Warehouse Management System
SAP GTS - Global Trade Services
Serialization
Physical Financial Flow
Business Analysis Defining a business case Lead discussion with business and IS partners Model requirements Validate solutions Project and Product management Creating and maintaining backlog of user stories
You will develop and maintain a vision for how technology can be brought to bear to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to enhance the ROI of investments made. You will actively lead the collaboration and engagement with various collaborators and help in delivering best practice solutions based on business requirements.
This role will be critical in our path of transformation to have a best-in-class solutions in Order to Cash space e.g. Transportation Management capability, Extended Warehouse Management and overall S/4 HANA and you will be using a portfolio of systems like SAP, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, Data Lake, Control Tower and Project44.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
