    SAP Sr. Manager Order to Cash
    What you will do

In this vital role you will lead the Order to Cash solution capability teams within the Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (OPS DTI) group to support the Global Supply Chain business organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic leader for Order to Cash space to lead the solutions within the Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (OPS DTI) group to support the Global Supply Chain business organization. We have embarked on our journey to implement S/4 HANA along with Transportation Management System (SAP S/4) and SAP EWM as part of advancing strategic capabilities within Amgen's Supply Chain to enable digitalization, faster decision making & speed to/in market. This role will be critical in our path of transformation to have a best-in-class solutions and you will be using a portfolio of systems like SAP Transportation Management, ERP/SAP, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, Data Lake, Control Tower and Project44.

    • Key Job Responsibilities
    • Align with senior leadership in establishing and managing a strategic relationship with our Global Supply Chain teams
    • Lead DTI Programs for Global Supply Chain Organization to achieve goals of this team
    • Exhibit business process expertise in overall Order to Cash End to End and specifically in Order Management, Transportation and Warehouse Management as well as Compliance aspect of OTC - Serialization, GTS and Physical Financial Flow.
    • Lead multiple SAFe-aligned teams through onboarding, tech readiness acceleration, delivery and hypercare of new solutions
    • Manage complex, multi-level relationships across all cross functional team members including technology leadership, business leads and technology product teams
    • Act as an ambassador to all Global Supply Chain collaborators by hosting forums for decision making and articulating our ways of working
    • Handle the continued evolution of the teams as an integral SAFe-enabled team by developing and evolving KPIs which sustain the team productivity and performance
    • Be accountable for facilitating financial approvals and financial administration. (e.g. budgeting) of multiple projects within Order to Cash space
    • Lead technology leadership and business stakeholders' agendas to drive a tightly aligned delivery cadence
    • Lead and support the analysis, solution, design, and estimation of various projects and backlog items that address business problems
    • Actively participate in strategic and operational activities and be a change agent
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 15%

    Basic Qualifications:

    Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
    Or

    Master's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience
    Or

    Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience
    Or

    Associate's degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience
    Or

    High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team environment

    Superb communication skill with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators and influence executive leaders.

    Experience working in highly collaborative multi-functional environments (eg. SAFe) and managing large and sophisticated programs

    Technical curiosity with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

    Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines and collaboration expectations Must be team-oriented, placing priority on the successful completion of team goals

    Technical knowledge as it relates to digital transformation at the enterprise level, including mergers and acquisitions. Knowledge in the following areas:

    • SAP - familiarity with overall Order to Cash process

    • SAP Transportation Management System

    • SAP EWM

    • Master Data concepts

    • SAP Warehouse Management System

    • SAP GTS - Global Trade Services

    • Serialization

    • Physical Financial Flow

    Business Analysis Defining a business case Lead discussion with business and IS partners Model requirements Validate solutions Project and Product management Creating and maintaining backlog of user stories

    You will develop and maintain a vision for how technology can be brought to bear to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to enhance the ROI of investments made. You will actively lead the collaboration and engagement with various collaborators and help in delivering best practice solutions based on business requirements.

    This role will be critical in our path of transformation to have a best-in-class solutions in Order to Cash space e.g. Transportation Management capability, Extended Warehouse Management and overall S/4 HANA and you will be using a portfolio of systems like SAP, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, Data Lake, Control Tower and Project44.

    The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
