Sr Associate, Field Operations
What you will do

In this vital role the Sr Associate, Field Operations plays a critical hands-on role in supporting the effectiveness of the sales force through high-quality data analysis, reporting, and operational execution. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, commercial operations, and field strategy, with a focus on enabling actionable insights and operational excellence.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Field Excellence and will be responsible for the following
Responsibilities
Support territory alignments, roster management, and call plan execution to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
Drive deployment and delivery of field tools such as Veeva CRM, Next Best Action dashboards, Alerts, and digital companion solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to enhance CRM functionalities and user adoption.
Provide day-to-day operational support and issue resolution, escalating as necessary to ensure timely closure.
Compliance, Quality & Process Optimization
Uphold compliance standards related to field engagement, sampling, and HCP interaction regulations (e.g., Sunshine Act).
Document and maintain standardized processes, assumptions, and workflows to enable consistent operational practices across business units.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains.
Ensure all field operations activities are aligned with governance and quality standards.
Project Support, Issue Tracking & Reporting
Manage project deliverables, issues, and actions using systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including decision logs, timelines, issue trackers, and closure summaries.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper training and documentation for newly deployed features or tools.
Generate performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational effectiveness and project progress.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or field operations
OR
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or field operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability in process optimization, data flow design, and project management
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or territory alignment tools
Understanding of field hierarchy structures (rep → district → region)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and working knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
