Senior Manager Information Systems

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of leadership and mentoring in technology-driven environment, with a strong focus on Veeva - Vault Clinical Operations. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. Candidate will have strong business analysis skills and technical background in end-to-end software development lifecycle. Proficiency in leading complex integration projects, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards is essential.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree and 2 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR
Master's degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR
Bachelor's degree with 10 - 14 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR
Diploma with 14 - 18 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
Experience in implementation and management of Veeva - Vault Clinical Operations
Experience in business requirement gathering and converting the requirements into a technical solution
Has experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA
Demonstrated experience in leading technology initiatives and teams with a track record of successful innovation.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Clinical Trials (e.g. 21 CFR Part11, ICH )
Success in mentoring and developing strong product analysts, business analysts, and data profilers
Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage collaborator relationships and build new partnerships.
