    Position summary

    wth within the existing portfolio and pipeline by analyzing rapidly changing market insights and competitive landscapes.

    • Develop robust business cases to support new initiatives and secure organizational goal.

    • Develop and Drive Strategic Launch Plans for Gastric Cancer Pipeline:

    • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive launch strategy for the GC pipeline, ensuring strong integration of CDx components to drive commercial success.

    • Strategic Planning:

    • Prepare long-term strategic plans to ensure sustained growth for the solid tumor portfolio

    • Integrate insights from market data, sales trends, and cross-functional inputs into actionable strategies.

    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine marketing approaches.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration as a Brand Lead:

    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, market access, sales, and global/regional teams to ensure cohesive development and execution of marketing and launch strategies.

    • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and other strategic stakeholders to drive advocacy and support product uptake.

    • Collaborate with diagnostic partners to align on CDx commercialization and adoption strategies.

    • Lifecycle Management:

    • Lead the lifecycle management of Xgeva, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation in the competitive solid tumor market.

    • Ensure timely preparation and execution of lifecycle initiatives to sustain the portfolio's value over time.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Degree in biology, pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (Marketing and new launch experiences preferred)
    • Skills:
      • Extensive knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas, including solid tumors and companion diagnostics (CDx)

      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

      • Strong written and verbal English proficiency

      • Advanced skills in financial planning, resource allocation, and budget management

      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      • Results-Driven and Agile Mindset
