What we expect from you:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Atleast 9 years experience in Human Resources, preferably working within Talent and/or Performance Management
Experience leading a team of direct reports is required
Familiarity with Workday Talent and Eightfold Talent Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
Experience in a matrixed or multinational organization is advantageous.
