    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Developing expertise in one or more Synopsys software products, working independently and proactively.

    • Providing timely, high-quality customer support, including answering technical questions about tool functionality.

    • Triage and investigate product complaints, identifying root causes and collaborating with R&D to resolve defects.

    • Documenting and communicating enhancement requests and product feedback from customers.

    • Supporting technical evaluations, benchmarks, and product demos under guidance from senior mentors.

    • Building strong relationships with team members, earning their trust and respect through reliability and collaboration.

    What You'll Need:

    • MS degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

    • Proven experience with EDA tools, semiconductor design, and methodologies.

    • Technical proficiency in digital, analog, mixed-signal, and RF design concepts.

    • Experience supporting large-scale commercial software environments.

    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
