What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering high-level technical support to customers and channel partners for the Ansys Electronics and Electromagnetics product family.
Utilizing the Ansys Technical Support Toolset, including Ansys Innovation Space, AnsysGPT, and other AI-based platforms, to identify and deliver effective solutions.
Adhering to established support processes to ensure timely, high-quality customer service and drive customer satisfaction.
Developing deep technical expertise in simulation areas relevant to customer needs and industry trends.
Submitting product improvement suggestions, filing defect reports, and verifying fixes in alignment with defect reporting protocols.
Participating in field testing of new product releases to ensure features and workflows address customer requirements.
Engaging in strategic team and company initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals.
Documenting and sharing knowledge to enhance team effectiveness and customer outcomes.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree (BE/BS) in Electronics, Electromagnetics Engineering, or a related field.
Solid grounding in simulation techniques and engineering principles, preferably with exposure to electronics/electromagnetics applications.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and spoken forms.
Strong logical problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to resolving complex technical challenges.
Experience with, or knowledge of, Ansys software or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software packages (preferred).
Familiarity with the use of Ansys Electronics or Electromagnetics products is a plus.
Capability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
