Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) An experience of 5-8 years in Automotive.

• Candidates need 5-8 years of experience, including 3 years as Scrum Master and 2-4 years in project or hybrid roles .

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks with proven ability to improve team performance and delivery predictability..

• Communication and Technical Skills-Excellent Communication for stakeholder management and technical literacy for collaboration on coding Standards, CI/CD, and infrastructure..

• Tool Proficiency-Proficient with tools like Jira ,easybi, Polarion to manage boards, workflows, and dashboards effectively..

• Certifications like CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, and PSPO (Awareness) and project management expertise.

• Scaled Agile Experience in scaled Agile settings and knowledge of PI planning and Agile Release Trains improves team coordination.

• Domain expertise in Automotive - added advantage

• Experience in managing distributed teams and collaborating globally
