Support business improvement opportunities by mapping processes, reviewing, downloading, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data in order to uncover insights, propose conclusions, and support decision-making.
Participate in project execution and follow-up activities.
Support GBS reporting by recommending improvements and redesigns - including delivery of regular reports, ad-hoc analyses, and the creation of new reporting sets tailored to stakeholder needs and end-to-end process visibility.
Optimize GBS reporting methods and tools to enhance usability and support effective business decision-making.
Execute GBS automation initiatives by partnering with Operations teams on process mapping, waste identification, standardization opportunities, and supporting them through process automation solutions.
Support FP&A processes through retrospective and predictive analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling, optimization).
SQL and Power Query.
Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to translate business needs into KPIs and technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to learn.
Nice-to-have
Experience with analytical tools.
PowerPoint storytelling and strong presentation skills.
Power Apps, VBA, Python.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and basic finance principles.
