    YOUR BACKGROUND

    Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

    • Experience in the Customer service area (3 years minimum)

    • Bachelors degree terminated

    • English level advanced

    • Experience in customer-specific requirements & portals

    • Self-directed, solution-oriented, and focused on results

    • Ability for decision making, analytical skills

    • Results oriented

    • Able to plan priorities

    • Main contact for the Plant's communication and problem-solving

    • SAP system expert
