analyze suspicious or defective parts
Request CS plants to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions for customers
Follow up on Quality Alerts when suspicious material is shipped to customers
Communicate daily with plant repair, Quality, and production teams (OEM)
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
3+ years' experience in Customer Service
Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
Proficient English level
Valid passport
Availability to travel (2 weeks in Honduras and 2 weeks in Nicaragua)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Negotiation skills
Knowledge of quality systems.
Knowledge of specific customer requirements.
