    Position summary

    analyze suspicious or defective parts

    • Request CS plants to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions for customers

    • Follow up on Quality Alerts when suspicious material is shipped to customers

    • Communicate daily with plant repair, Quality, and production teams (OEM)

    YOUR BACKGROUND

    Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

    • 3+ years' experience in Customer Service

    • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)

    • Proficient English level

    • Valid passport

    • Availability to travel (2 weeks in Honduras and 2 weeks in Nicaragua)

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    • Negotiation skills

    • Knowledge of quality systems.

    • Knowledge of specific customer requirements.

    • Problem Solving
