ybersecurity teams to safely launch products, advising and working closely with security, software, test and manufacturing engineers on threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA), concept, architecture, design, implementation and review of security tasks, including key management; review related work products
Develop technical solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities caused by HW and SW attacks, document security requirements, and support process improvement initiatives
Collaborate for customer interface discussions, technical design reviews and business offers on cybersecurity aspects
Supervise cybersecurity staff in evaluating security metrics, program risk information, and scope for security programs
Support internal and external audits related to ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP-29, GDPR, CCPA, Right-to-Repair etc., TISAX certification for the products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Explore new system designs and validation methods. Understand FPGA architectures.
Understanding circuit diagrams, hardware datasheets, logic design and review/suggest PCB layout improvements to increase security
Required Qualifications:
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering/science, or cybersecurity.
5-8 years of experience in design and implementation of secure embedded systems.
Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge in system development and handling cryptographic material
Readiness of mind with strong oral and written communication skills
Team player with excellent organisation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and present complex issues and ideas with precision and clarity, taking proper account of the audience; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Development process enforcement and improvement
Strong sense of responsibility, acting independently, and being proactive
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with device security concepts such as secure booting (with HSM, SHE, etc.), secure updates, secure communication over automotive interfaces like CAN or Ethernet and on all ISO/OSI layers
Working knowledge of keys & certificates, random number generation, applied cryptography, and post-quantum cryptography
Knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) and software languages (Assembler, C, C, Python)
Familiarity with AUTOSAR security architecture
Experience with hardware debuggers or other direct interaction with test equipment
Previous experience in microelectronics development, troubleshooting and characterization support
Familiarity with standards such as NIST, FIPS, PKCS, CRA, NIS2, GB 44495, etc.
Experience in customer discussions and technical design reviews; support of cross-disciplinary activities and participation in the entire life cycle of a product
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for learning about new security concepts and developing solutions
