3 Health & Safety

• Create safety program and increase awareness

• Conduct training on corporate safety initiatives and educate staff and employees.

• Need to create the culture that safety is important through actions and attitude

• Manage the EHS cross function teams to deliver Occupational Health, Safety and Environment results

• Evaluate work area and safety policy implementation

• Lead/coordinate site regular SOT/internal audit

• ISO 45001 management system maintenance

• China National safety standardization system maintenance

4 Fire protection and security management

• Ensure fire fighting protection system is in good working condition at all times by a systematic testing and maintenance procedure.

• Coach and lead site security guards to protect the company property from any loss or damage. Manage security related training.
