Electrical Machines Controls Engineer

d Vision Systems for Automated wiring processes. Responsible for new and specialized automated processes development focuses to optimize productivity, quality and cost.

• Responsible to implement New Technology in wiring processes to position Aptiv as a leader in the market.

• This position requires an engineer capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Also will become the maximum authority for Electrical Controls System and traceability development and ensure.

In your daily job you will:

• Manage CAPEX budget for product programs

• Responsible to develop and execute training plan for production plants.

• Ensure equipment and tools delivered to Aptiv sites meet Customer and Aptiv requirements

• Develop supplier network that meet Aptiv requirements.

• Ensure project costs are controlled and the budget is met.

• Generate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement. Support and comply with internal guidelines requirements.

• Deliver required documentation for equipment provided to the plants: documentation related to Handoff procedure.

• Provide machinery and tools training and recommendations to help the plant become self-sufficient.

• Provide the necessary support to ensure flawless launches.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering areas as Mechanic/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or similar.

• PLC (AB/Proface/Siemens)

• Experience in position controls engineer (minimum 3 years)

• High level programming SCADA mid-High level of experience required Structured languages programing desired

• Microsoft Office
