Engineering Project Leader

• Responsible and owner for Engineering deliverables and timing (HW (ME/EE), Validation, SW, Systems) in collaboration with the Program Management.

• Responsible to prepare and execute Design Reviews according to Engineering Process

• Responsible for coordination and delivery of the product solution hand-over to customer at milestones.

• Owns customer problem troubleshooting and drives corrective action.

• Identifying and driving staffing assignments for the engineering projects.

• Support the evaluation and management of internal and customer technical (product) change requests.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant years of experience

• Product Development Process knowledge and experience at bringing technical products to market
  preferably in the area of User Experience / Infotainment

• Proficiency on technical reporting and summary

• Planning / organizing skills

• Customer contact experience

• Good English knowledge, German knowledge preferred

• Ability to network & collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

• Understanding and using Servant Leadership
