Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Continuous evaluation of internal requirements (procedures, standards, etc.) to support achieving business needs and follow industry growth
Manage documentation: creation, revision, distribution, and control
Plan and conduct internal and external audits; analyze results and follow up on corrective actions
Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and standards
Analyze data and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to improve processes
Support risk assessments related to quality processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry (preferably in the Quality department)
Experience with QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949; VDA knowledge is a plus)
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, 5S, OSA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5why, Ishikawa)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in English and MS Office
Certifications ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, VDA 6.3 is advantage
