Keeping calendars up to date and helping coordinate meetings, visits, and appointments.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing parcel and transportation bookings.
Plan and organize internal events and executive visits.
Maintaining and supplying meeting rooms and shared office spaces.
Manage the purchase of office and operational materials.
Creating purchase orders, checking invoices, and supporting our ordering processes.
Managing internal communications and responding promptly to leadership and team requests.
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and external guests to the plant.
Your Background
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Results-driven mindset with a high level of responsiveness and initiative
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Fluent English communication skills-both verbal and written (mandatory)
Proven ability to remain composed and pragmatic under pressure
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
