    Position summary

    Engineer to help develop advanced perception systems critical for autonomous vehicles. In this role, you will implement state-of-the-art radar and AI/ML technologies on our newest radar sensor generations to create market-leading perception solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) features.

    This is a unique opportunity for someone who:

    • Is passionate about deep learning or eager to develop expertise in this area

    • Can grasp core concepts and transfer them to new domains collaboratively

    • Wants to go beyond using pre-existing networks to develop innovative solutions

    • Is motivated to create competitive solutions that become real products

    • Brings strong communication and self-organization skills

    • Wants to collaborate with cross-functional teams including radar hardware engineers and perception software teams

    • Is eager to stay current with state-of-the-art research in radar signal processing and machine learning

    Required Qualifications

    • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field

    • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in Machine Learning

    • Excellent programming skills in Python

    • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Theano

    • Strong analytical skills with deep mathematical understanding

    Bonus Qualifications

    • Proven experience applying machine learning to sensor perception challenges

    • Relevant industry experience in Radar Processing

    • Relevant industry experience in embedded system development

    • Experience with modern radar signal processing methods

    • Proficiency in C/C++ programming

    • Track record of collaborative software development in team environments

    • Experience with real-time and embedded systems

    • Automotive industry experience, particularly with ADAS/AD systems

    • Publication record in relevant conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ICRA, Fusion, etc.) demonstrating capability to develop competitive leading solutions
