ed, actionable system and software requirements using industry-standard requirements management tools.
Maintain and update feature specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including Systems Engineering, Software Development, Integration & Testing, and Vehicle Validation to ensure cohesive feature development.
Lead technical design review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to align on feature expectations and design decisions.
Planning & Roadmap Management
Define and manage feature roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple vehicle programs.
Ensure timely delivery of features in alignment with program schedules and quality standards.
Validation & Testing
Design and conduct closed-course and real-world vehicle performance tests to evaluate interim software releases.
Direct test engineers and technicians in executing vehicle and bench, HIL tests.
Implement automated data analysis scripts for test log analysis and perform regression analysis on new software releases.
Use KPI metrics to measure and improve feature performance.
Issue Resolution
Triage feature performance issues and lead root cause analysis efforts.
Work with internal teams to resolve software and system-level issues during development and post-launch phases.
Customer Interface
Act as the technical liaison with OEMs and suppliers, translating customer needs into technical specifications and ensuring alignment throughout the development process.
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation including feature specifications, test plans, validation reports, and release notes.
Assure compliance with local procedures, company processes, industry regulations and work instructions.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving systems/Software requirement engineering.
Strong understanding of L1/L2/L3 ADAS features and system/Software architectures.
Experience with automotive ADAS software development (e.g., C/C++, Python, AUTOSAR, SDV,ROS).
Experience with Vehicle ADAS feature checkout and KPI measurement.
Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and functional safety principles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
