Global TISAX Manager

cation bodies (e.g., TÜV Nord) and manage external consultants and invoicing

• Provide regular executive updates, identify roadblocks, and facilitate their resolution

• Run steering committee meetings and align global efforts with regional TISAX leads to support a unified "One Aptiv" approach

• Ensure timely, accurate communication with stakeholders including customers, German OEMs, Sales, Engineering, IT, Operations, SCM, and HR

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics or related field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in EDS or CS business

• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and experience with TISAX assessments

• Proven project management and development experience

• Financial acumen and familiarity with budget planning

• Experience working with German OEMs is a strong plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Fluent in English
