It is expected that this HR leader raise strategic solutions for their sites, proactively and in collaboration with other regional leaders.
This role can be based in Reynosa, Matamoros or Monterrey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Administer ER/LR
Assure that the policies and procedures for the organization are met and that the local laws and regulations are respected.
Coordinate health and security programs established by the organization
Administer compensation program
Coordinate an active participation with our communities thru donations (United Way)
Oversee the coordination of compliance to EHS regulations
Responsible for union negotiations and presentation of an integral HR plan to top management for all levels.
Ensure implementation of the talent management corporate strategy and succession plans guidelines.
Responsible of overseeing and controlling the attrition and absentees metrics.
Assure the high potential development plans.
Census administration and labor cost control
Execution and supervision of absenteeism and attrition control plans
Implement operational, technical and administrative employee satisfaction programs
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), Organizational
Effectiveness (OE), Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or relevant field (or equivalent experience);
Master's degree strongly preferred.
English / Spanish proficiency is a must
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Good skills in speaking, reading and writing, able to present to top management.
Regular travel is required, domestically.
Requires a minimum ten years of experience.
Strong presence, poise, persuasiveness.
Ability to establish high level of credibility quickly; appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and learners.
Performance-driven, pro-active, results-oriented, stakeholder-focused; comfortable and flexible with
priorities, high levels of ambiguity, non-routine issues.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced deadline-intensive environment; anticipate obstacles and plan contingencies.
Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions.
Demonstrates effective collaboration and teamwork with all levels across the organization.
