lan, inspection checklists, work instruction, acceptance criteria (Visual standards), SPC, lessons learnt from previous incoming parts related quality issues and customer complaints.
• Conducts statistical analysis, prepares reports and records for child parts as per customer specific requirements.
• Preparation of MSA reports.
• Support CS engineer and CFT to identify the corrective/preventive actions for customer complaints related to suppliers.
• Deviation request incase of non-conformance in product/process
