IT Technician

• install operation system in IT machines (DGD,)

• network maintenance and manipulation in all what is active side

• IT devices inventory

• Help IT engineer on IT requests

• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Computer Networks or equivalent IT field

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and French.

• Collaborative team player with Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude

• Strong knowledge of network installations, configurations, and troubleshooting

• Software installation, configuration, and support capabilities

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems

• Understanding of standard IT equipment functionality and limitations

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
