l and HR records, including employee data, salary changes, and time & attendance information
Handle payroll-related tasks for onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements
Support the annual salary review process and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external audits
Address and resolve employee inquiries related to salary, taxes, insurance, and other payroll matters
Prepare and submit reports for social insurance, income tax, and other regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines
Liaise with external vendors (e.g., payroll service providers, tax authorities) as needed
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations
Strong understanding of labor laws, taxation, and social insurance regulations
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or HRIS is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
