Algorithm Developments: Develop and implement sophisticated planning and behavior models for autonomous driving systems. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that developed algorithms adhere to safety and regulatory standards in the automotive industry. Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes. End-to-end Machine Learning Development: Engage in the full lifecycle of machine learning development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions. Refinement and Optimization: Refine and optimize algorithms to meet the unique goals of autonomous driving, considering safety, efficiency, and performance.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Advanced degree: Master or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.

• Technical proficiency: Strong mathematical background.

• 2 + years in AI development frameworks Tensorflow and/or Pytorch.

• Proficient in Python and C++, demonstrating a systematic, goal-oriented working style.

• Automotive experience.

• 2 years of professional experience in at least one of the following:

  • Deep neural networks and other state of the art ML techniques for detection, segmentation fusion and other applications. Time series prediction with modern ML techniques.

  • Rreinforcement learning, imitation learning.

  • Model, rule and learning based decision making.

  • ML techniques CNN, RNN, transformers.
