YOUR ROLE

As an ME Engineer, you will ensure the follow-up and control of projects in the serial production phase with regard to compliance with the KMS system and continuous improvement.

In your daily job you will:

• Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.

• Ensure KMS guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures.

• Promote and participate in KMS activities.

• Ensure the proper conduct of certification audits.

• Ensure reliable data preparation.

• Ensure the proper conduct of certification and customer audits.

• Ensure compliance with procedures.

• Ensure proper management of auxiliaries (control of overtime,...).

• Ensure a good connection with engineering systems /EOS/PFMEA's .

• Ensure the revision of the PFMEA's for engineering changes and application on equipment definitions.

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering.

• Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,

• Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.

• Fluency in written and oral communication (English and French).
