d - Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels - Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained - Collaborating effectively with other Aptiv departments - Participating in scheduled conference calls

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient knowledge of SAP systems

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is advantageous

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
