t on payroll-related reporting, payments, and documentation
Prepare and verify reports from NexonBér and NexonTime systems for internal and external reporting
Prepare payroll reports, employment certificates, and other employee-requested documentation
Communicate with Nexon Kft., monitor system updates, and implement changes as required
Ensure compliance with labor law, internal company policies, and SOX requirements
Support internal and external audits; maintain payroll data
Comply with quality assurance, safety, fire protection, health, and environmental regulations
Protect assets under responsibility
Perform all other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the role, existing qualifications, and company interests.
YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
High school education - Social Security administrator and Payroll Clerk education preferred
English- Intermediate Level
Knowledge of labour law, tax and social security legislation
Knowledge of Nexon payroll system
MS Office User
Good organizational skills
Agile, open-minded personality, accuracy
Good communication skills.
