Develop and maintain a levelled production plan, balancing machinery capacity, workforce availability, and material flow.
Reduce changeover time and optimize production batches for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate the link between all the different production processes.
Monitor daily production performance and replan accordingly when deviations occur.
Engage closely with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvements in material and labor usage.
Support and develop planning tools and applications to enhance scheduling capabilities.
Your Background
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Economics, IT, or a related field
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in VBA is a plus)
Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
High sense of ownership, responsibility, and confidentiality
1-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar operations role
