Production Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)

• Develop and maintain a levelled production plan, balancing machinery capacity, workforce availability, and material flow.

• Reduce changeover time and optimize production batches for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate the link between all the different production processes.

• Monitor daily production performance and replan accordingly when deviations occur.

• Engage closely with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvements in material and labor usage.

• Support and develop planning tools and applications to enhance scheduling capabilities.

Your Background

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Economics, IT, or a related field

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in VBA is a plus)

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles

• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and confidentiality

• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar operations role
