Assist the RTR management in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis.
Motivates and persuades team to achieve common goals.
Has the ability to deliver through managing people.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree required / Accounting/ Finance related background.
4-6 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills.
2-3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
Working knowledge of ERP's.
Fluent Korean communication is required.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Data Analytics skills.
