• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Deep understanding of regional strategy and AS&UX product roadmap

• Highly proficient in excel for financial target setting and version control

• Understanding of financial modeling, business case development and P&L impacts

• 5+ years experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Product, Finance)

• Strong negotiation and influence skills

• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal), fluent in english

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities

• Problem-solving and critical thinking

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Team leadership and motivation skills
