• Actively contribute to problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

• Support troubleshooting activities related to SMT machinery and equipment.

• Drive improvements in First Time Quality (FTQ) and reduce scrap rates in the SMT area.

Your Background

• High school graduation - minimum requirement;

• Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) process;

• Experience on SMT area/automotive industry (> 5 years);

• Experience working with SMT placement/printing machines (ASM/K&S brands is a plus);

• Proactive and dynamic personality with good communication and teamwork skills;

• Good English skills (only reading is mandatory)

• Problem Solving and data interpretation/analysis abilities;

• Acquainted with PCB assembly drawings and components' BOM (Bill of materials) is a plus
