Monitor and resolve supplier-related quality issues affecting production
Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers
Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to support supplier development
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance part quality and delivery performance
Maintain supplier performance metrics and documentation in alignment with IATF 16949 and other applicable standards
Support APQP, PPAP, and other new product launch activities related to supplier parts
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive quality or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific requirements
Certified Internal Auditor (IATF/VDA) preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
