Experience

• 5+ years of experience in management and or leadership roles

• Previously held technical accounting positions

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting

• Familiarity with forms 10-K and 10-Q

• Experience working in a large, complex multinational, automotive, industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

• CPA qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

Leadership Qualities

• Can lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals

• Able to communicate complex finance and regulatory information to a wide audience

• Comfortable presenting at executive level

• Ability to deliver at pace in high-pressure environments
