Attending daily and weekly team meetings to report on status of ongoing work
Investigating issues that are brought to the team through observability tools
Communicating with members of other teams to understand and replicate issues
Maintaining and improving documentation on how to identify and solve problems
Working with our customers' data in a responsible and secure manner
Implementing fixes to issues with code and configuration
Creating test cases and implementing test suites
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of software systems
Understanding of cloud computing
Communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to deliver work of high quality that has been tested thoroughly
