    Position summary

    learning/deep learning development to support HMI product roadmap

    • Make critical software design decisions and gate delivery quality for team

    • Engage with customers on metrology and/or algorithm-related discussions to enable D&E solutions

    • Coach, lead, and mentor the team, provide hands-on guidance on design and implementation, and be responsible for the team's growth and development

    Education and experience

    • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related physical sciences/engineering field. PhD is plus.

    • 10+ years of research or hand-on development in software development lead, Machine learning engineer or related role

    • 10+ years in technical and hands-on experiences in software engineering management

    • Experience in productizing and deploying software to customers; ML solutions to customers is preferred

    • Solid skills in C/C++ structural programming to guide the team

    • Good communication and organizational skills

    • Direct experiences in semiconductor software industry is highly preferred

    • Ability to work on multiple complex projects and translaterequirements from internal and external customer's into internal requirements and delivery schedule and scope

    • Managing the performance of the team and develop a high performance culture

    • Influence without authority, and leverage experiences and maturity to enhance the dynamics of the teams

    • Ability to lead (internal & external) customer engagement/discussions with customer-oriented focus and commitment

    • Project management experiences and business acumens to complete a deliverables within timeline and resource constraints.

    • Possess system-level, end-to-end, holistic picture thinking and understanding, without losing technical detail & accuracy.

    • Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, demanding, and x-dependent (matrix) environment and adapt to dynamic business-required shifts

    • Result driven and demonstrate ownership and accountability.

    • Identifies and remove bottlenecks for the team both technically and organizationally

    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across teams in and out of Software department, and D&E.

    • Constantly strive for Quality and Efficiency, and Excellence

    The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
    $216,375-360,625
    Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

    The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
