Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are preferred.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT. It requires on-site presence to attend work-related events, training, and meetings and to ensure effective team collaboration.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time to support other sites or initiatives.
Physical requirements include working in cleanroom environments, moderate temperature conditions, and occasionally moving throughout the campus.
Must be willing to work around lasers, chemicals, and other manufacturing equipment in compliance with safety standards.
