Sales Management:
Lead and manage the global sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets and performance metrics.

Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
Product and Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment of products with market needs and customer requirements.
Lead initiatives for new product introductions, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and sales tools that support market competitiveness and customer value.
Marketing Leadership:
Design and execute marketing strategies that enhance ASML's and HMI's brand, product positioning, and market presence.
Lead global marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive awareness and demand.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other executive leaders, including engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across global teams and regional offices.
Represent ASML at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Performance Management:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals and objectives.
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Leadership and Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class sales and marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the organization.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves or exceeds business objectives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
Extensive experience (15+ years) in senior sales and marketing roles within the semiconductor equipment or technology sector.
Experience in semiconductor inspection & metrology, preferably E-Beam technologies including SEM Hardware & Software.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global sales and marketing strategies and customer success stories within New Product Introduction.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
Experience leading and organizing culturally diverse global teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, make strategic decisions, and drive results.

Other Information
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $300,000-$500,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
