New Product Introduction (NPI)
Assist CCE processes for installation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new tools and equipment calibration.
Assist CCE procedural, process & manufacturing documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Pursuing Bachelor's with a least 3 years completed or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Quality Tools such as SPC, Problem Solving, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Root Cause Analysis, Control Charts, Flowcharts, etc.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma) Principles is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
Familiarity with Project Management Principles is a plus.
Familiarity in ERP/MES systems or other Manufacturing Systems is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
