We are looking for an intern to join our ASML Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the ASML HR Team to implement the Company's equal opportunity employment and inclusion programs and initiatives based on team priorities, and partner closely with the Employee Networks in the United States.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and oversight to Employee Networks and their leaders
Ensure alignment and integration of EN strategic plans and programming with ASML Business
Assist ENs in development and implementation of annual strategic plans and budgets
Build and enhance a performance scorecard in partnership with EN leaders
Partner globally to document and standardize processes
Act as a project manager for other assigned projects that support ASML's inclusion and equal opportunity employment goals and objectives
Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with stakeholders
Forward-thinking, detail-oriented, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Education and Experience:
Skills:
High level of computer literacy — particularly Microsoft Suite (preferably high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to collect, analyze and share information via various mediums
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Other Information:
This position is located on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, training courses and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
May require travel dependent on business needs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
