Education and Experience
Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge or experience reading drawings, creating work instructions, and the use of statistics for engineering applications.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why's analysis.
Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
Ability to work in cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Must be comfortable with a rapidly changing work environment.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Customer service focus
Hands on, multitasking, priority setting and risk management.
Team focused but individually accountable.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
Experience or familiar with using statistical software (JMP, Minitab, other.)
Knowledge of MES
