Your responsibilities include:
Ensure that all tools and materials required for daily installation activities are available at the right time and location.
Return materials, tools, and packaging to ASML or the customer warehouse.
Inspect tools and materials for deviations in identification, quality, or cleanliness.
Take action to resolve deviations or delivery issues.
Report missing, incorrect, or defective parts and follow up with corrective actions.
Collaborate with the installation team to maintain tooling calibration and preventive maintenance planning.
Process administrative transactions, including maintaining configuration lists to keep system records accurate in SAP.
Education and Experience
High school diploma and additional technical training or apprenticeship.
Experience working as a logistics technician or materials specialist in high‑tech environments.
Familiarity with semiconductor terminology.
Experience handling clean and ultra‑clean materials in a semiconductor cleanroom.
Minimum 1-2 years working in a fab environment.
SAP experience preferred.

Expect to spend more than 75% of your time inside the cleanroom.
Ability to travel up to 25%, including multi‑week periods.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
