Participate in DRB/MRB to drive structural solutions
Equipment & Resource Management
Assistin equipment calibration, upkeep, and procurement for manufacturing instruments.

Interfacewith internalteamsand external customersregardingassemblyandtesting of components and final products.
Document results, write procedures, and support qualification plans.

Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) required.
0-2 years in manufacturing or engineering environment (internship experience preferred).
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiaritywith CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
Knowledgeof manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation).
UnderstandingofSPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,Powerpoint).
Can work according tosafety standards andqualitycompliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
