Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field;
Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
If you hold a Masters degree: Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
Experience leading complex initiatives in high‑tech or advanced manufacturing environments.
Strong proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience using tools such as SAP, ERP systems, or data‑analysis software.
Proven ability to influence without authority and guide diverse teams.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$102,000-153,000
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
