    Position summary

    • Champion automation and digital factory solutions for efficiency gains.

    ManufacturingExcellence

    • Defineand implementlong-term process solutionsaligned with businessobjectives.

    • Drivestandardization and scalability of workflowsacross production areas.

    • Ensureappropriate AIRcreation/maintenanceand drive throughIssueResolution process.

    • Role modelcompliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    ProcessGovernance

    • Adhere togovernance frameworks for tracking/drivingKPIs and compliance with operational standards.

    • Developing governance around process improvements

    New Product Introduction

    • Driveindustrializationactivities aligned to the roadmapwithin the workcenterfor new products andanticipatefactory readiness gaps.

    • Support TL/PL/GL inexecutive-level reviews

    • Drivethe design and development ofproduction tooling, qualification tests, and equipment calibration.

    Production Support & Troubleshooting

    • Lead technical support alongsideFirst Line Support (FLS) foradvanced/integrated production issues, includingthedevelopment of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.

    • Ensures allescalatedworkcenter disturbances arecontained,rootcause isidentifiedandmitigate anyrepeatoccurrences.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degreein Engineering with5+ yearsof manufacturing experience or a Masters Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience in cross-functional environments and process optimization.

    • Experience working with NPI within a production environment

    PreferredTechnicalSkills

    • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced continuous improvement methodologies.

    • Fimiliaritywith CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).

    • Familiarity with automation technologies, digital factory solutions, and data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

    • Advancedindata analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software).

    • Experiencedwith ERP/MES systems and global industrialization strategies.

    • Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.

    • Championof SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.

    • Experton process validation and equipment qualification.
