Leading a team of technicians to deliver (Droplet Generation Modules, Proto Systems Commissioning), while meeting or exceeding department and product Key Performance Indicators. These include, but are not limited to: 5S safety; product first pass yield; on-time delivery; production lead time reduction; labor efficiency and labor hour accuracy; and workforce development and upskilling.

Creating, maintaining, and monitoring work schedules with clearly defined priorities.

Ensuring positive material flow in order to avoid stock-outs and escalates in the event of any material issues.
Communicating effectively to gain buy-in from technicians and influence department leaders.
Administrative duties including time and attendance record-keeping and performance/merit reviews.
Administering and enforcing company policies and procedures in a direct and consistent manner.
Working with Human Resources on disciplinary issues and hiring decisions.
Acting as an interface with Finance and Logistics Department for inventory audits or physical inventory counts.
Overseeing cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Supporting engineering change order implementations with support from Engineering Staff.
Managing predetermined budget amount for area of responsibility and implementing predetermined plans for tactical execution.

The employee is required to work in a cleanroom environment (Class 1000): full gowning (full body coveralls, hood, CR safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Working under ISO 9000/14000 standards).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
May spend numerous hours on a computer.
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule - twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.
Operating/working around overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet movers.

Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and vibration.
Can work in an environment that includes potential exposure to high voltage, harmful ultraviolet laser radiation, toxic gas and high noise levels.
The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus.
May require travel dependent on company needs.
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$87,750-146,250
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
