Role and responsibilities
Technical Execution: Repair and rebuild of the Temperature Control Unit System. Perform technical tasks in accordance with standard procedures, guidelines, and handbooks.
Knowledge Development: Stay current with developments in the field, identify knowledge gaps, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Materials & Product Handling: Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, and ASML products. Ensure quality checks throughout the build process.
Production Coordination: Coordinate and execute manufacturing activities, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and assist in planning and prioritization.
Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E): Enforce compliance with HS&E policies and procedures. Conduct safety checks, report defects, and take corrective actions as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest process and product improvements. Participate in the implementation of optimization initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and product transactions. Generate reports using standard formats.
Team Support & Mentorship: Assist and guide less experienced colleagues. Provide clarity on procedures and share best practices.
Education and experience
Associates' degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education, skills & experience.
HVAC certification and certification to handle refrigerants.
Minimum 3 years experience in a technician or production support role.
Minimum 3 years experience proficiency in handling tools, equipment, and materials used in production and logistics.
Minimum 3 years experience ability to read and interpret technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
