Education & Experience
Master's degree in Management, Business, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics), or a related field required.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, or Automotive industries.
Proven ability to lead in high-visibility roles, structure complex programs, and guide teams toward actionable outcomes.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into compelling executive-level presentations.
Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, COOs, and VPs across supplier organizations.
Proven track record in assessing organizational performance across Strategy, Cost, Quality, Logistics, Technology, and Sustainability.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in management consulting, operations consulting, or auditing across various industries.
Skills
Tools & Methodologies- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks, ERP and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira), Advanced Excel and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Interpersonal and Communication- Executive-level presentation skills, Negotiation and conflict resolution, and Collaborative Problem-Solving

Other Information
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (typically every other week for four days at supplier sites).
Most travel is domestic within the U.S., with occasional international trips to Europe and Asia.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
