sing any discrepancies. Work closely with IT, local planning teams, and 3PLs to manage logistics processes, resolve disturbances, and monitor interface performance. Coordinate with cross-sector departments (P&D, manufacturing, engineering & sourcing and Tax & Customs) to optimize & support FTZ operations
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with FTZ regulations. Manage the logistical, administrative and compliance activities related to inventory accuracy of the FTZ together with a team of FTZ coordinators
Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues.
Analyze inventory data, identify errors, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement changes.
Education and experience
Bachelor's in supply chain management, IT, Finance or business administration or + 7 years' experience in comparable functions
2-7 years of logistics or materials management experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Experience with SAP, and Warehouse Management Systems
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience of working with people at all levels within the organization
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
