    Position summary

    endently design, configure, test, and deploy solutions using iCIMS ATS, iCIMS CRM, other third-party SaaS applications, and internal Atlassian recruiting systems.

    • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams, peer developers, and engineers to build new technology capabilities or enhance existing systems.

    • Serve as a point of contact for iCIMS-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, high-quality support to end users.

    • Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across iCIMS and integrated systems.

    • Stay informed about iCIMS updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance system performance and capabilities.

    • Ensure system security, compliance, and alignment with company policies and industry standards.

    • Expand your expertise by learning and supporting additional technologies used by the People Technology team.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience configuring HR/recruiting systems, with at least 3 years focused on iCIMS ATS and CRM implementation and support.

    • Strong understanding of recruiting and HR business processes.

    • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience developing custom applications or tools in-house.

    • Experience integrating and configuring Workday HCM.

    • Good understanding of general software application design principles.

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA.
